Latest Express Entry Draw for Healthcare Workers and Social Workers Issues 2500 ITAs

On October 15, 2025, IRCC conducted another Category-Based Express Entry Draw exclusively for candidates in healthcare and social services occupations. A total of 2,500 invitations to apply (ITAs) were issued in this round, reflecting Canada’s strong demand for skilled healthcare professionals and support workers. Candidates needed to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 472 to qualify, making this one of the most competitive healthcare draws in 2025.

Targeted Express Entry Draw for 35 Eligibile Healthcare Occupations

This is the fifth healthcare and social services draw in 2025, same as the August 19 draw in size and second only to the July 22 draw that invited 4,000 candidates in this category. In total, nearly 10,000 ITAs have been issued to healthcare and social service professionals this year—the third highest among all Express Entry categories.
