Factor 2: Skilled Work Experience

Two points and one point are awarded for each of your work experiences in the most recent five years and each year in the six- to ten-year period before applying, respectively.

You need to show one year of full-time work experience. If you have part-time work experience, that will also be considered if it is paid work and your intended occupation. You must furnish a reference letter from your manager or Human Resources department.
